Prof. Abdullah Zorluoğlu, MD is a general surgeon at Acibadem Bursa Hospital in Bursa, where he works in the General Surgery unit. His published work includes articles on colorectal cancers in patients under 45, chemoprevention in colorectal cancer, non-traumatic colorectal perforations, staged abdominal repair in intra-abdominal infection and the genetics of colon and rectum cancer predisposition.

Clinical focus

Dr. Zorluoğlu assesses and treats patients with hemorrhoids and other anorectal diseases, as well as a range of digestive system conditions that may require surgery. His colorectal surgery practice covers benign and oncological conditions of the colon and rectum, and he also performs reflux surgery and obesity surgery. Where appropriate, he uses robotic surgical techniques.

In endocrine surgery, his work includes thyroid surgery.
