Prof. Tülin Tuğlular, MD

Prof. Tülin Tuğlular, MD is a hematology specialist who practices in the Hematology Department at Acibadem Fulya Hospital and Acibadem International Hospital in İstanbul. Dr. Tuğlular graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1981. She then completed her training in Internal Medicine at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1986 and her training in Hematology at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1992. These include anemia in its different forms, among them iron deficiency anemia and pernicious anemia, and immune thrombocytopenia, a condition in which the platelet count is reduced. How Dr. Tuğlular works with international patients

Dr. Tuğlular consults in Turkish and English, and interpreters can be arranged for patients who speak other languages. Before a visit, the international patient team coordinates the collection of prior reports and imaging, such as laboratory and pathology results, MRI, CT, X-ray or ultrasound reports, operative notes and discharge summaries, arranges appointments and organizes the hospital visit.
