From 2014 to 2023 he worked as an ENT-Head and Neck Surgery Specialist at Arnavutköy State Hospital, initially under a compulsory state service appointment, and from 2017 to 2018 at Health Sciences University, Gaziosmanpaşa Taksim Training and Research Hospital. He is a member of the European Rhinologic Society, the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, the Turkish Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Association, the Türk Rinoloji Association, the European Board of Otorhinolarnygology, Head and Neck Surgery and the İstanbul Medical Chamber. His published work includes studies on tonsillectomy techniques and their histopathological healing patterns, functional outcomes after partial laryngectomy procedures, and radiologic findings after a cochlear implant subperiosteal temporal pocket technique.
Clinical focus
A substantial part of Dr. Turanoğlu’s practice concerns the nose and sinuses.
