Dr. Eylül Türsen

Dr. Eylül Türsen is a prosthodontics specialist working in the Dental & Oral Health unit at Acibadem Kent Hospital (Izmir) in İzmir. Her clinical work centers on restorative and prosthetic dentistry, including implant-supported prostheses, crowns and bridges, removable dentures, and aesthetic dental applications. She has more than eight years of experience in dentistry and sees international patients for assessment and treatment planning.

Dr. Türsen graduated from Ege University Faculty of Dentistry in 2018. She then completed her specialty training in Prosthetic Dental Treatment at Ege University Faculty of Dentistry, finishing in 2023. From 2023 to 2025 she worked as a Prosthodontics Specialist in the Ege University Faculty of Dentistry Department of Prosthetic Dental Treatment, and in 2025 she joined Acıbadem Healthcare Services. She speaks Turkish and English.

Clinical focus

Dr. Türsen’s practice covers a range of prosthetic and restorative needs. For patients who have lost some or all of their teeth, she assesses and plans implant-supported prostheses, including All-on-Four and All-on-Six treatment, as well as crowns and bridges and removable dentures. Damaged teeth may be treated with dental fillings or with porcelain inlays and onlays, depending on how much of the tooth structure remains and on the individual clinical situation. Her areas of interest also include digital CAD/CAM applications in prosthetic dentistry.

Beyond prosthetic work, Dr. Türsen evaluates gum concerns such as gingivitis and gum recession, as well as bad breath, which can have a number of oral causes and is assessed in the context of the overall dental examination. She also sees patients with temporomandibular joint disorders, where symptoms affecting the jaw joint are examined alongside the bite and any existing dental work. Treatment recommendations follow a clinical examination and a review of any available imaging, and the options are discussed with the patient before a plan is agreed.

How Dr. Türsen works with international patients

Dr. Türsen consults in Turkish and English, and interpreters can be arranged for patients who speak other languages. Before a visit, the Acibadem international patient team coordinates the collection of prior reports and imaging, such as dental X-rays, CT scans, laboratory results and records of previous dental treatment, and arranges appointments and the hospital visit itself. A first consultation typically covers the patient’s history and symptoms, a review of existing imaging and previous treatments, a clinical examination and a discussion of the available options.
