He holds the Turkish Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology Diploma (2010, recertified 2024) and the European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (EBOT) Diploma (FEBOT, 2015). He became an associate professor at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2012 and a professor at Acıbadem University Faculty of Medicine in 2019. He served as a faculty member at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in Ankara (2009–2014) and at Koç University Faculty of Medicine, working at Koç University Hospital and Amerikan Hospital in İstanbul (2014–2017), and worked at Memorial Şişli Hospital before joining Acıbadem Healthcare Services in 2017.
