About the Center

Acıbadem Healthcare Group aims to bring international standards in healthcare services to Turkey and make a difference with innovative models in medicine. Established with this vision, the Acıbadem Command Center aims to continuously improve the patient experience and care processes through real-time data flow. The Command Center was established in 2022 to monitor data collected from all Acıbadem Healthcare Group hospitals across Turkey and to continuously improve healthcare services in line with the group’s mission.

The Acıbadem Command Center analyzes data obtained from the electronic patient record system by combining it through AI-supported software. This information is converted into directly actionable steps for healthcare professionals working at Acıbadem Healthcare Group hospitals. The center maintains constant communication with healthcare teams at hospitals, closely monitoring patient care processes. All applications are regularly monitored, analyzed, and updated based on system feedback before being reimplemented.

Our Mission

The purpose of the Acıbadem Command Center is to provide patient-centered, data-driven, and proactive healthcare services. The center not only monitors patient care but also anticipates, directs, and improves it. In this context, our mission is to:

  • Facilitate care coordination,
  • Standardize operations to anticipate potential problems and resolve issues for the care team,
  • Increase awareness through real-time data flow and monitoring.

Our Vision

Acıbadem Command Center aims to increase the efficiency of hospital operations by prioritizing patient safety, support care coordination with transparent and real-time data, and continuously improve healthcare services at Acıbadem hospitals with a sustainable change management system.

Processes Being Monitored

The Command Center regularly monitors and evaluates various indicators with the aim of reducing process differences in healthcare service delivery among Acıbadem hospitals, utilizing capacity more effectively, increasing workflow efficiency, and preventing avoidable patient delays.

Within this scope, the following processes and durations are monitored, verbal and written communication is established with the relevant healthcare professionals, and optimization efforts are carried out:

  • Admission and discharge processes and durations
  • Cleaning processes and durations on inpatient floors
  • Medication administration processes and durations for our inpatients
  • Critical findings in medical reports and follow-up processes
  • Outpatient appointment fulfillment rates and outpatient clinic waiting times.

Our Results

Operations conducted at the Acıbadem Command Center contribute significantly to institutional efficiency, patient safety, and experience by reducing average length of stay, speeding up discharge times, and improving appointment compliance processes.

Organization and Working Model

The Acıbadem Command Center is staffed by an experienced team of nursing services, patient services, data analysis, operations, and medical managers who have worked at the Acıbadem Healthcare Group for many years.

The Command Center team carries out its operations in coordination with our hospital managers and relevant healthcare professionals at our hospitals.
