Dr. Deniz Genç

Dr. Deniz Genç is a specialist in Gynecology & Obstetrics at Acibadem International Hospital in İstanbul. She works within the Gynecology & Obstetrics unit, the Vitro Fertilization and Reproductive Medicine Center, and the Menopoz unit, which addresses menopause-related care. Dr. Genç graduated from Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University Faculty of Medicine in 2016 and worked as a general practitioner at Beykoz Community Health Center in the same year. From 2018 to 2023 she was a research assistant doctor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at İstanbul Medeniyet University Göztepe Training and Research Hospital, where she completed her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2022. She then served as a specialist physician at Bozkır State Hospital from 2023 to 2024. In 2025 she completed Assisted Reproductive Treatment Applications Training at İstanbul Memorial Hospital ART Training Center. She evaluates and treats infertility, including assisted reproductive treatment applications, and manages polycystic ovary syndrome, a condition that can affect both menstrual regularity and fertility. She also provides care related to HPV. In obstetrics, she offers pregnancy follow-up and delivery planning, including epidural, cesarean section, and water birth applications, with the approach chosen according to the individual clinical situation.

Dr. Genç also treats conditions that commonly arise in later reproductive years and after menopause. These include menopause-related symptoms, bladder health and urinary incontinence, and uterine prolapse. Where surgery is indicated, she performs hysterectomy.
