Prof. Dr. Eyüp Murat Ökten

Prof. Dr. Eyüp Murat Ökten is a cardiovascular surgeon with clinical interests spanning vascular surgery, robotic surgery, major vascular diseases, peripheral arterial occlusions, robotic bypass procedures, varicose vein treatment, venous insufficiency, chronic wound care and lymphedema treatment. His areas of interest also include vasculitis, sepsis, respiratory failure, shock and hemodynamic support, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, multiple organ failure and palliative care.

He graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine in 1999 and completed training in Cardiovascular Surgery at Kartal Koşuyolu High Specialty Training and Research Hospital in 2006. He joined Acıbadem Healthcare Services in 2011, became an Associate Professor at Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University Faculty of Medicine in 2017, and has served as a Professor at Gedik University Vocational School of Health Services since 2023.
