He subsequently served as a Specialist Physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kars State Hospital (2016–2018), then at Milas 75. Yıl Devlet Hospital (2018–2021) and Medlife Medical Center (2021). He is a member of the Türkiye Genç Endoskopistler Association, the JED Gynecological Endoscopy Association, the Turkish Gynecology and Obstetrics Association, the TSRM Reproductive Health and Infertility Association and the Endometriozis & Adenomyozis Association.

Clinical focus

Dr. Keleş evaluates and treats a range of benign gynecologic conditions. These include menstrual irregularities, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), menstrual pain, Bartholin cyst and sexually transmitted infections. He also sees patients with painful intercourse (dyspareunia) and offers sexual dysfunction treatment. A further area of his practice is the treatment of endometriosis, a condition that can be associated with pelvic pain, menstrual symptoms and difficulty conceiving.

In reproductive and pregnancy care, Dr. Keleş assesses women with fertility and infertility concerns and manages ectopic pregnancy. He provides pregnancy care, including epidural childbirth.
