Assoc. Prof. Süleyman Şahin, MD

Assoc. Prof. Süleyman Şahin, MD is a medical oncologist in the Medical Oncology Department at Acibadem Eskisehir Hospital in Eskişehir. With more than 21 years in medicine, his clinical work addresses a broad range of solid tumors, including breast, lung and thoracic, gastrointestinal, gynecological, prostate, thyroid and bone cancers. Dr. Şahin graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 2005. He completed his Internal Medicine training at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 2010 and went on to complete his Medical Oncology training at Ankara Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital in 2017. He has been working within Acıbadem Healthcare Services since 2020 and holds the academic title of Associate Professor.

Dr. Şahin consults in Turkish and English, and interpreters can be arranged for patients who speak other languages. A first consultation typically covers the patient’s history and symptoms, a review of existing imaging and previous treatments, a clinical examination and a discussion of the options.
