Acıbadem Urology Team has pioneered the adoption of novel diagnostic techniques and minimally invasive treatments for prostate, kidney, and bladder cancers and a wide range of urological disorders. In Turkey and neighboring regions, the first laparoscopic radical nephrectomy operation (2002) and the first laparoscopic radical prostatectomy operation (2003) was performed by Acıbadem Urology Team. What’s more, it performed the first robotic urology surgeries in 2006 in the region.
